Take the hassle out of moving premises.....

Virtuoso Legal are a boutique firm of world class intellectual property solicitors. Over the past 10 years we have successfully represented clients in hundreds of intellectual property matters.
They come to me with a challenge as they were required to move premises it was extremely short notice to deliver all services needed for Telecom & IT products, They had ISDN technology and legacy Avaya software with one single data connection.
Issues and challenges, as the ISDN2 didn't have enough channels to take and manage the amount of calls the vibrant office were taking it led to calls being engaged or indeed dropped.
ISDN to SIP (NetFTTC) & FTTC Backup
The ISDN was causing problems as such engaged lines, or dropped calls so with a move to SIP I could offer many more lines at a much lower cost so budgets were kept. With having many more lines Virtuoso staff are able to take more calls and the problem had been resolved, and the price of a ISDN moves being nearly £295 for just two channels, I was able to offer EoFTTC & FTTC data services including SIP for half the cost of the ISDN technology, the beauty of this plan is it includes a layer of resilience it made the decision to upgrade much easier for Virtuoso.
Resilience is so important these days and avoiding failure seems to be top of any business wish list I designed a plan to offer 2 data connections which if set up correctly using firewalls I can supply will trip over to offer this layer of resilience and in the event of a fault on one circuit basically the second circuit flips into action to ensure no loss of service.
With the move being to SIP we was also able to port the number into a SIP trunk which means you can move from LEEDS to LONDON and keep your local business identity.
Great words of gratitude received this morning from Martin, Virtuoso Legal.
"First of all, a big happy new year from all of us here at Virtuoso Legal.
A big thanks too, in that in 2018 we're gladly able to hit the ground running, as our internet and phones are operational.
It's been no small feat to get everything done - and the work Derek has put in to get us where we are massively appreciated. Delighted to continue our working relationship, as we know Derek will always go the extra mile for Virtuoso."
