Take God to work

Nehemiah 4:11 Also our enemies said, “Before they know it or see us, we will be right there among them and will kill them and put an end to the work.”

Doing what is right and God honoring in our profession and work won't always be easy. We spend the majority of our lives working. If we keep God out of our work, we keep Him out of most of our lives. But it won't be easy. When we have God as part of us ALL day and every day, people will see us as different. Some people will be jealous and try to knock us off course. Some people will see us as different and odd, so they will mock us. Some will try to justify their own position in life and slander us. Sometimes we will fall prey to the temptations of the world and quit, putting God in a box because we cave under pressure. And some people will simply let us grow and try to take what we have. The battle against our enemies and self-doubt can seem unwinnable, but our God can give us strength. Through God we will not only be successful, but we can win in a way that honors Him and creates hope for others. Don't do the work alone. Take God to work and have a blessed weekend!
