Take a deep breath, find some space, and step into your purpose

Your weekly dose of?Alluviance!

I don't know about you, but the first week of February always feels like the "official" new year for me. Here at Catalyst and most recently at Outreach, our fiscal year ended on January 31st and we all know how Q4 can be... hectic. Gratefully, my team hit above 100% in the 11th hour, what a journey sales is!?

Now that the day is finally here I get to take a deep breath, find some space in my calendar, and start with a clean slate. A great mentor of mine told me that no matter how your year went, the end of the fiscal year will always be a happy time. You either hit your number (hooray!) or not so much and you're ready for the next quarter (even more hooray!).

Whichever state you're in, I'm glad you're here.

And now, I can't wait to see what we accomplish in FY24 here at?Alluviance. We've already had some amazing podcast guests, we're hosting our first in-person immersion this month, and we've had quite a few people go through?our online course.?

Our impact is just getting started ??

And if you're reading this, I consider you part of the team that is here to usher in the new wave of rising leadership!

Upleveling my Self Worth

In 2017 I struggled with depression.

I was living in a hole in the wall apartment in SF, drinking practically every day of the week, and about 30 pounds overweight. I worked at a job that didn't fulfill me, lacked a core group of friends, and struggled to wake up literally every single morning. [Continue reading]

3. Quote to fuel your?Alluviance:

“Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence, and making sure that impact lasts in your absence.”

–?Sheryl Sandberg

As leaders, we first lead ourselves, and then that translates into leading others, leading a team, and leading a culture. I'm excited and honored to be on this journey of leadership with you all!
