The Kenosha Innovation Center recently celebrated a topping out ceremony on its 63,000 square-foot, three-story office building. A topping out ceremony is a long-standing construction tradition that celebrates the final structural beam being raised into place. Congratulations to all involved in achieving this tremendous milestone!

Earlier this week, tech ed students from Random Lake School District toured the construction zones on their PreK-12 building. These students will use what they learned during the tour as part of their curriculum for the semester. With new schools being a once-in-a-generation experience, we are excited that these students get to incorporate the construction details into their education!

As part of National Clean Energy Week, Gov. Tony Evers visited the project site of Maplewood Middle School yesterday. Once completed, this school is set to be the largest all-electric zero-net energy school in Wisconsin. Once complete, the school will include features like solar panels and a geothermal system that will allow for energy-efficient heating and cooling. https://lnkd.in/gbQWw-av
