The job search process has evolved dramatically, and for many high-achieving professionals in the tech industry, it can feel like a maze. You’ve worked hard, built up a wealth of experience, and established yourself as a top talent in your field, yet the opportunities seem scarce.

The truth is, there is much within your control, and by shifting your focus, you can influence the outcome of your job search.
?The Passive Worker Myth
Another major mistake is assuming that working hard will get you noticed. Many people still believe in the myth that keeping your head down and doing excellent work will automatically lead to recognition and opportunities. However, in today’s fast-paced, competitive environment, that’s simply not enough. The "work hard and be noticed" model is outdated.
