It’s a Sunday Morning today & for Corporate lives, the lights are Green which will slowly turn Yellow by evening for bracing Red, Monday Blues coming for tomorrow! The same turned Green on weekend & this cycle will go on till you are into a Roller Coaster Exciting Corporate Life Journey!

This takes me into a memory galore of having read a Lesson in Punjabi literature class, 3 decades ago of how the life was in Developed nations with a Corporate Employee travelling in Office Bus reluctantly throwing his Heavy head (Size of a Pumpkin) in half sleep on Monday morning bracing the Blues post a nice Weekend he has enjoyed with his loved one. Seeds of Industrialization & Corporate culture were yet to be Sowed in India! The story remains true today for us!

The Power to Glide with the Flows of Monday Blues to Greens is the Skill of developing an excitement to complete the task in hand of previous week; making your roles more contributing towards bigger objective for which you are there! Karma is the input & actions followed takes us to where all it matters.

Covid times were good times to have watched Epic Mahabharata & lessons given by Shri Krishna to Arjun-

Chapter 3?of the Bhagavad Gita is titled?"Karma Yoga"?or "The Yoga of Action or selfless service”. The chapter begins with Arjuna expressing his confusion and seeking guidance from Lord Krishna. In response, Lord Krishna explains the concept of Karma Yoga, which is the path of selfless action performed without attachment. He emphasizes that Arjuna, as a warrior, has a duty to fulfill. The Lord explains that each person has a unique role to play in the cosmic order, and by fulfilling their responsibilities, they contribute to the harmony and well-being of society. He advises Arjuna to govern his senses and desires and not let them control his actions. He emphasizes that selfless action is superior to inaction or renunciation, and that renouncing actions without the right understanding can lead to delusion and unfulfilled desires.

Perform your prescribed duty, for doing so is better than not working. One cannot even maintain one’s physical body without work.

“O Siva (Parvathi, the consort of Shiva), give me this boon,

May I never ever shirk from doing good deeds, that I shall not fear when I go into combat. And with determination I will be victorious. That I may teach myself this creed alone, to speak only of Thy (almighty) praises. And when the last days of my life come,

I may die in the might of the battlefield”.

To Turn lights Green, it requires a “Challenging Task” for fulfilment of our Duties towards the Universe ?& that should get the required “Adrenaline rush” to keep going what is Right for the everything around us; For the People who are looking at you to lead & contribute to make them Successful in their Lives; the Challenging Goals chalked out by the Sphere & the Organization around you.
