Take a Break OFTEN

I'll be frank, everyone needs to take a break now and again! Everyone is so busy these day's. Many people have taken on a second job just to make ends meet and other's are so invested in their career that their work is all they do. If you don't take a break, you're putting your health at risk not to mention relationships (Just in case you have a family)

I hear too often of people working their entire life without having much a family/social life due to their level of committment to their job or career, they turn 65 and then they die....
