You can also learn about a company’s culture, set up job alerts for specific opportunities, and we’ll even show you relevant internal jobs at your current company. By featuring the most relevant companies and jobs based on your preferences, unique qualifications, interests, and recent activity, we're helping you discover the opportunities you’re best matched for.

For peace of mind and confidence in your job search, we’re rolling out a new filter for job posts with a verification badge . This indicates that there is verified information about the company’s Page and/or job poster.?

You can also better stand out to hirers by verifying your own identity on LinkedIn with our free member verification tool . This offers a signal of trust to help people make more informed decisions about connecting with other professionals on LinkedIn, and members who have verified their identity get ~60% more profile views. Identity verification on LinkedIn is rolling out globally and is currently available through our trusted partners in 150 countries.

We’re also helping you to take the guesswork out of the job search. For Premium subscribers, you can get AI-powered insights on any job to help you instantly assess your fit for the job based on your skills, interests and preferences .?

Premium subscribers can also get advice on how to stand out with personalized takeaways and tips. Once you find a role that matches your skills and experience, our AI-powered resume enhancements and cover letter drafting will help you tailor your application. You can also get personalized feedback on the resume you’ve uploaded, based on the job you’re applying for, allowing you to enhance it before submitting with your application.
