Take Advantage of Biamp’s Customer Centric Training Program

This December, I’ll have the pleasure of hosting an AV Lab at our headquarters in Beaverton, OR, centered around AV solutions for higher education organizations and designed for power-users looking to take their skills to the next level.

I’m really looking forward to this training, as it allows customers to visit our headquarters to meet our staff, from application engineers to product managers, and share ideas and feedback with them directly. In addition, participants always get to tour our manufacturing facility, located just a mile from our corporate office.

I hope more customers take advantage of Biamp’s free training programs. They provide truly unique opportunities unrivaled by our competitors, allow attendees to learn something new via peer collaboration, and let customers experience our company culture in ways they never could by only taking our online courses.

For me, these AV Labs represent an invaluable chance for the field sales team to discover more about our clients: their needs, likes, and challenges. What we learn during these trainings can only help us be better Partners to them in the future.
