The Chamber is here to advocate for your business, connect you with the community, and help your business and your workforce grow. Through a variety of programming and opportunities, our goal is your success. We are always looking for new ways to help, which is why we launched the DEI Summit last year. It was such a great day of learning and growing, and this year we've brought it back bigger and better!
Renamed the ACTION Summit , this half-day conference is dedicated to fostering community and inclusion in the workplace. This event will provide strategies that business owners and managers can implement in their own workplaces and insights into building diverse teams.
A great fit for anyone working in human resources, marketing, or upper management of organizations of all sizes, it will take place on October 22nd from 8am - 2pm at the Atwood Memorial Center at St. Cloud State University. ?Come with questions and a willngness to learn, - this is going to be a great day of growth!

Unite for Success Scholarships
The “Unite for Success” Scholarship Program recognizes area high school seniors for their excellence in high school and encourages continued success in post-secondary institutions.
The History
The Chamber’s scholarship program for area high school graduates has grown over the past 44 years. In 1978, six sponsors contributed $1,400. In 2024, ten businesses and organizations contributed over $19,000.
The Chamber of Commerce believes the business and education communities must partner to build a successful future for the St. Cloud area.
Get Involved
You can make a difference in the opportunities available to area high school seniors. Join with other Chamber members to provide financial resources for post-secondary educational experiences for our area youth. After all, they are our future leaders!?The deadline for 2024 contributions is January 31, 2025.

APEX Groups
APEX (Advisory Peer Exchange) Groups are an opportunity for ambitious professionals to cultivate meaningful relationships with peers at similar stages and paths in their careers.
Groups are created based on professionals job level and industry. Groups will decide when and how often to meet. During each meeting, group members will present questions or challenges they are facing and engage in confidential discussion with each other.

FEATURED COMMITTEE: Chamber Connection Location Committee
Chamber Connection takes place every Friday morning (excluding holidays) from 7:30-8:45AM (doors open at 7am). It is hosted by a different business each week, and costs $1 and your business card to get in - no registration required!
