Take 5 with T3 -Dynamic Warm-ups

Take 5 with T3 featuring Dynamic Warm-ups for Beach VolleyBall performed by Francesca Congalves. Thank you for sharing your approach to the game and life. 

We begin with a dynamic warm-up for our joints. (ankles, knees, hips, elbows, shoulders, wrist and neck). I generally like to mix in yoga movements into warm-ups and cooldowns. My journey has shown me that Yoga is the yin to the yang of strength and conditioning training. Many of us like to play sports on the weekends or maybe even once during the week. The benefit to learning How-to prepare as well as cool your body down from these activities is that successful implementation of these strategies will help you perform better and longer. Now who doesn't want that?

Every week we will our Take 5 workout for the week. To Take 5 minutes is essential for all of us. Regardless of your occupation. Pro, College or High School athlete, Corporate, Self-employed or whatever your profession is. We will introduce the Giant set (4 movements) Tri-set (3 movements) along with Tabata style training modalities for you. Dynamic Warm-ups (Pre-workout), Core, Balance, Strenght, Power, and Cardio are essential steps to building a healthier, stronger, faster and more powerful body.
