Burnout Recovery In 3 Stages. Why are you probably doing it wrong
We often see people with the "Scatter Gun" approach to burnout recovery

Throwing everything we've got at it – meditation, exercise, diet changes – hoping something, anything, sticks, and that it passes QUICK!?

But let's face it: this all-action-no-strategy approach is like shooting in the dark.

People do the same with weight loss they throw everything at it with no real strategy?

But often, this leads to frustration and failure, not because the methods are ineffective, but because they lack focus and understanding.

Here's the real deal – our 3-stage method that's not just a band-aid but a bulletproof plan
We call it the A.C.E Method
Stage 1??
A - Accept and Identify The Specific Area of Your Burnout ??
Burnout manifests in three main areas - mental, physical, or emotional. The first step is to recognise and accept, without judgment, which area you're struggling with. This acceptance gives you clarity and a focused path to address your burnout effectively, instead of trying to fix everything at once.

Stage 2??
C - Calm Your Autonomic Nervous System to get control ??
Often in burnout, we find ourselves in a state of panic or fight-or-flight. It's crucial to address this state first, to bring your body and mind back to a calmer, more receptive state. This might involve practices like deep breathing, mindfulness, or other relaxation techniques.
IMPORTANT NOTE: NO in-depth coaching can happen in this phase!

Stage 3??
E - Explore and Address the Root Cause ??
Finally, it's time to delve into what caused your burnout in the first place. Understanding and addressing these root causes is key to preventing recurrence and fostering a healthier, more balanced life.

What about time scales? ?
Stages 1 and 2 = 1-2 Months
Stage 3 = after 3-4 months BUT also not neglecting Stages 1 and 2
From personal experience and working with clients, we have found this approach not only eases the symptoms of burnout but can also eradicate it, allowing you to live a life that's not just functional but fulfilling.
