Take 5 with our Veterans: Larry Click

This week we honor the brave men and women who have served our country, including many of our own employees at Take 5 Car Wash.

Larry Click, Senior Manager of Customer Service??

Before joining Take 5 Car Wash, Larry Click served in the U.S. Coast Guard and attended Electronics School on Governor’s Island, NY, specializing in Long Range Aids to Navigation (LORAN). Larry worked at a LORAN Station in Italy. The base aided military and civilian maritime traffic in the Mediterranean Sea. From 1976-1978, Larry was stationed at the Electronics Engineering Center in New Jersey. He designed printed circuit boards for LORAN transmitting equipment.??

The training and skills learned with the U.S. Coast Guard were instrumental in Larry’s career in electronics-related businesses. During his time in the military, he learned a lot about leadership, serving others, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.??
