The drink we’re about to tell you about is an apple cider vinegar based lemon water drink that also contains cayenne pepper and honey will keep your metabolism working all day long.

As mentioned above, ACV has several health benefits.

Lemon juice contains vitamin C that acts as an antioxidant that rids the body of toxins. It also serves as a mild and and natural diuretic which reduce bloating and water retention and also aids in weight loss.

Honey fights bacteria, has antioxidant properties, and energizes the body in a more sustainable way than sugar.

Cayenne pepper contains fiber, protein, vitamins A, E, C, B6 and K, as well as manganese, potassium and riboflavin. With all its nutrients, it has been shown to essentially improve the overall function of your body, including giving you more energy and boosting your metabolism.

How to make it:

Ingredients:

# 1 cup lukewarm water

# 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

# 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar

# 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper powder

# 1 Tablespoon honey

Directions:

Add 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to lukewarm water. Then add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon raw organic honey, and 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper powder. Stir the mixture thoroughly.

How to drink

Consume the drink 30 minutes before each meal, and do this regularly for at least one month to get the best results.

**Caution**

Due to its acidic levels, never drink apple cider vinegar alone. The acid could cause damage to your tooth enamel, esophagus and/or stomach. If you are prone to or have a history of acid re flux or frequent heartburn, this drink may not be a good option for you because it can increase those symptoms.

And while the drink can have excellent results, if you don’t eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly, your efforts will be in vain. Exercise and diet are key to any healthy body goal.
