Tailored remote training - with zoom

Time to take the virus seriously.

Many businesses are rightly putting the health and safety of both their staff and customers first, with sensible social distancing for the business environment - allowing homeworking and limiting non-essential contact of all kinds.

But as it increasingly looks like we're in for the long haul, businesses also need to ensure that the business stays alive to safeguard everyone's jobs, and this means finding new approaches to a range of activities, often incorporating technology where it might not have previously been used.

When it comes to training and development, the tools are already there and at CX Training, we are happiest using zoom. zoom is not only the most intuitive service out there from a user perspective (very important if you want to encourage interaction), it also has a range of features to duplicate the training room and encourage interaction.

With zoom, training needn't be just content delivery (as with many webinars), it can be real training - where we can work on people and with people, change mindsets and behaviours as well as just deliver content.
