TAB's July news
We had a busy July socialising and strengthening our connections. The sales team kicked things off by attending the White Rose Brokerplan Conference and they also had a blast at the NACFB Summer Party. But that's not all! We also took part in the?Running Out of Time?relay race, where we raised money for?Restless Development. It was an amazing experience for a great cause.
I am also delighted to say that for a seventh consecutive month, we welcomed more new starters to the team, Jon Sturgess, as our new sales development director and Mathew Kennedy joins as a software engineer. Read on to find out what else happened in July.
White Rose Brokerplan
Some of our sales team had the opportunity to visit St George’s Park for the White Rose Brokerplan Conference. David Jackson, Sophie Meller and Samuel Morris had a fantastic time connecting with brokers who specialise in navigating the UK finance market. Not only did they gain valuable insights into the market but they also raised brand awareness and discussed our new product. And of course, in the spirit of all good business exchanges, they made sure to distribute some TAB merch! It was a win-win all around.
NACFB summer party
This year’s NACFB Summer Party was at the Honourable Artillery Company in London. It was a beautiful day, and we had the pleasure of enjoying the incredible venue and also catching up with brokers about their summer plans. We've been fortunate enough to attend a number of?events recently and they just keep getting better with the amazing offerings and the growing number of attendees. Needless to say, we're already counting down the days until next year's party.
Let's not forget about our competition a few weeks ago, where we gave away two golden tickets to the event, completely free of charge! It was great to see the winners there, making the most of the atmosphere.?
Running Out of Time
We had an incredible turnout for our most recent charity event! More than 30 of our amazing staff members, along with ten friends and even two babies, joined forces for a 5km route around Borehamwood. But that was just the beginning. After that, we passed the baton to Eli Korman and Katrina Hindley from TAB and two of our friends at Griggs, who embarked on a challenging (and hilly) 22km run into Parliament Hill. It was quite the relay!
The purpose of this event was to raise funds for the wonderful charity?Restless Development. They do an amazing job supporting individuals in developing countries, empowering them with business and financial literacy skills so they can become self-sufficient. We truly believe in their mission, and every single donation makes a tremendous impact.
If you haven't had a chance to donate yet, don't worry.?There's still time, and we'd greatly appreciate your support. Together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of those who need it most. For more information on this great event, read our blog on it?here.

Bridging loan calculator
One of the main pillars of TAB is transparency. So what better way to be transparent, than by showing you how we work out the amount we lend. The best part is it only takes a few minutes to fill out!The TAB bridging loan calculator is a useful tool to estimate the amount you could potentially borrow. By inputting relevant information into the calculator, you can quickly generate an estimated loan amount.?
However, it is important to note that the results generated by the calculator are indicative and not a commitment from TAB. The loan terms associated with bridging loans are subject to change and may vary based on several factors.
