At the heart of this experience is Finca La Josefina, a farm owned by Don Gustavo Estrada and his family. They have dedicated themselves to sustainable farming, raising Wagyu cattle with the greatest care. Located on the slopes of the ancient Cerro Cacao (an inactive volcano), the farm’s rich soil helps produce exceptional Wagyu beef. Each bite of this beef tells the story of the land and the passion of the people who nurture it.
