This Lunar New Year is the Year of the Dragon, symbolising luck and prosperity. At TAB, we believe luck is made through hard work and innovation. That's why 2024 is shaping up to be our year of launches, product breakthroughs and putting customers first.

In that vein, it's been an exciting start. In January we launched our TAB Mortgage: Residential Investment product, and now in February (i) we've introduced a new TAB Property deal for our fractional property investors and (ii) I’m delighted to announce that we're extending our lending services to Scotland.

In other news, Mathura Paramjorthy our COO and longest serving colleague has stepped into the role of director of investor relations. We also hosted a successful business breakfast for brokers of Connect for Intermediaries and our sales team is exhibiting at another event in March. Additionally, we announced our valuable partnerships with finova and Paradigm, expanding our network and capabilities.

It's been a month of growth and collaboration as we strive to deliver exceptional value to our customers and investors.

We announced our recent partnerships with two leading industry players, finova Payment and Mortgage Services and Paradigm, the mortgage distributor. By joining finova and Paradigm's lender panel, we've significantly expanded our reach and offerings.
