TAB group's Office Love Language is Different :)
An office is a place where people come from different backgrounds, mindsets, and even geographies - that most of the time reflect on how they talk or conduct themselves. This is what makes all of us unique :) But amidst the entire process of learning from each other, we often try to compete with each other.
Often we see the workplace as a subject of competition, arguments and even grudges among colleagues, but why does this happen? The answer is that when they don’t get the attention they deserve, our office mates often feel sad about not getting the desired recognition, acts of love and even appreciation.
So how to fix this? Through this short write-up, we will tell you 5 ways we, at TAB group practice, unite our teammates and build a growth-conducive environment for all!
1) Words of Regard - We often see that in most of the offices, people complain of not being regarded as other employees even though their performance was apt! This creates burnout and a negative attitude in them. We at TAB group know that every employee for us is valuable - which is why they are with us! We make sure that they are regarded for whatever little they do.
Productivity is directly related to attention which later results in job satisfaction. You’ll always see our social media flooded with someone being welcomed, appreciated etc. The same is the case at the office because this is where we work physically. It not only boosts our morale but brings a wave of positive energy within us!

2) Act of Service - You’ll often hear your friends complaining about their teammates being extra competitive, or superiors just delegating tasks one after the other resulting in delays in the overall task. Why doing this? When there is one common goal aligning with the employee's goal, there should be an understanding that unity is strength. We at TAB group believe in going the extra mile for our office friends by lending a helping hand, collaborative efforts and igniting constructive discussions to see where the lag is.
3) Open Door Policy - Employees are an essential part of any organization and it is of utmost importance for them to speak out. Many times, in an organisation where there is a big hierarchy between the management and employees - their grievances go out missing. TAB group emphasizes an open door policy where every employee is treated with respect and equality and can bring in their difficult matters - anytime to the management.
4) Positive Feedback - Employees have a lot to say, advise and contribute to the overall development of the company. But unfortunately, don’t speak up because they feel that their ideas will get no acknowledgement at all. The workplace must take extra care of how they feel daily, what is the one thing that they want to improve or anything that is bothering them. This is how they will feel included and worthy.
5) Team Buiding Activities - It is important to spend time with your employees and know them a bit extra. Via Fun Fridays, Unplanned Outings and Annual Trips - we at TAB group have always promoted this.
