• The initiation of Application Observability using OTel and eBPF marks a significant step toward more robust monitoring solutions.??
• Centralized logging has been implemented using Loki, improving our diagnostic capabilities.?

CI/CD Enhancements:?

• SonarQube integration now augments our Static Code Analysis, ensuring higher code quality.?
• Trivy Scan integration bolsters our defenses against vulnerabilities.?
• We've upgraded our pipelines with BitBucket runner alongside Jenkins for more efficient CI/CD processes.?

• Advanced firewalls have been installed at our Cleveland data center, significantly enhancing network reliability.??
• Implementing the SOC2 Framework is a major stride in aligning our security practices with top industry standards.?

The purpose of this initiative is to review every running project/team for the following verticals:

• Scrum Workflow: ?Ensure we are following Agile principles and values.
• Engineering Practices: Confirm we are using the best coding practices and architectures.
• DevOps: Verify our adherence to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• QA Practices: Review best practices for QA and confirm we’re using the right tools to get the best results.
• Team Dynamics: Ensure we have the right team structure for the project. There is also continuous learning for the team.
• Documentation: Confirm that all requirements are properly documented. Verify that we have documentation for system architecture, requirements, meeting notes, and manuals.

This exercise helps us identify the gaps in the existing flow and determine how, as a team, we can work to eliminate those gaps. The goal of the maturity model is not to judge or evaluate the performance of a single team but to improve all teams.

Taazaa Building Dreams with Bhavishya NGO?

At Taazaa, we believe in making a difference beyond the boundaries of technology. Our ongoing collaboration with Bhavishya NGO is a testament to this commitment.?

Bhavishya is known for its incredible work in supporting underprivileged children. The NGO has found a partner in us to further their noble cause.?

One of the most heartwarming initiatives has been inviting these talented kids to our office during various celebrations. They set up stalls and showcase their handmade products, ranging from artworks to crafts.??

These events are more than just an opportunity for these children to display their creativity; they are a platform for empowerment.?
