Humility keeps you open to feedback, new ideas, and the possibility that you might be wrong and Decisiveness makes you a leader. It’s what drives action, ensures accountability, and creates direction.?

The challenge is finding the right blend.?Too much humility and you become that leader—the one who can’t make a tough call, the one who lets the team run the show while slowly losing control. Too much decisiveness, and you risk becoming so rigid that no one challenges you, no one pushes back—and let’s be honest, that’s where blind spots grow.
