T-MOTOR Fully New ESC Series - THUNDER Series for High Power Drones

THUNDER series is designed for high-power power systems, which is mainly used on large #drones .

The overall ESC adopts light gray as the base tone, with silver luster, it looks very gorgeous and a sense of technology.

As we can see, the appearance design is different from our FLAME and ALPHA series. The aluminum alloy and the internal power module adopt a stacked design, which can be seen on the side of the #esc . Compared with the conventional complete sealed design,there is a very small small gap in the middle, which can?facilitate?heat?dissipation. Besides, there is #cooling teeth on the?house of the esc.

In addition, multiple #MOS tubes are driven in parallel. Therefore, the internal resistance is reduced to reduce heat generation and temperature of the ESC. From the above three aspects, it improves the #efficiency of the #motor .

The left: the signal wire, the right: the data feedback wire

The signal wire connnect the #flight #controller and the data feedback wire can be connected to the UART-TTL to feedback the speed, voltage, current and temperature.

We all know that during the flight of drones, there will be signal interference in the #flying environment, which will bring potential safety hazards. We have fully isolated the two wires. In other words, they are shielded wires, which can effectively isolate the inside and outside interference, making flight safer

A good ESC needs to have a variety of protection #functions . We can find problems before use, and we can protect them in time if there are problems during use. This series we have power-on self-test, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, Over-temperature protection, #throttle #signal loss protection and other protection.

In recent years, we have been having customers ask us whether the #CAN function can be customized. We are happy to announce to you that THUNDER ESC supports CAN function customization. In addition, we also support electronic locking propeller function. Pls kindly noted that our regular ESC is square wave.
