2022 has been an amazing year for me in terms of both Personal and Professional Journey. This year has been a Year of Learning for me & looking forward for the 2023

Here is a Glimpse of my Learning Journey in this year:

  • Enrolled myself for the " AI Driven HR Analytics & Digital Transformation" from XLRI - This is a 9-month course and lot of Insights, Practical knowledge about the industry wide applications of various Advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Augmented and Virtual Reality, Blockchain, Metaverse, IoT etc. 2023 will be year of Implementation of these learnings in my career to help organization build digital capability and drive critical business model with mutual growth aspects of myself, team, employee vs company overall.
  • Learnings from Various Platforms: Successfully completed 270+ courses from #Linkedinlearning , 15+ Courses from #coursera and 3 Courses from #simplilearn . Most of the topics connected to Leadership Capabilities, Digital Transformations and Technologies, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology has been touched upon in this amazing Journey.

Tip 1: How I manage time for completing these courses:

  1. Set a Target - 30 Min or 60 Min or 120 Mins per week to complete the learnings
  2. Dedicate everyday some time for the course completion on the track
  3. Share the Insights and Learnings on #Linkedin Post course completion
  4. Tie the learning goal with my Passion and future growth aspects

Here is a Glimpse of my Rewards and Recognition Journey in this year:

  • Awarded with " Team Galaxy Award for digital transformation & change management ": Successfully Launched a Global Tool across 95+ countries and covering 1.10+ Lakh Employee Head count for the Global Rewards Year-End Process. This project was rated with 93% Overall Customer satisfaction Score - Highest for any tool or process in the company. I was handling this project since Pilot phase as a Business Project Manager heading the team and driving effective collaboration with IT, Business and Testing Team along with Country Stakeholders, Work councils, to ensure successful launch of the tool even during the Pandemic situations. Challenges has been converted into Opportunities and made the launch a Grand success. Thanks to entire team who supported this project along with me.

  • Awarded with "Global Excellence in HR Transformation" by HR SUCCESSTALK I Feel honored and proud to receive this amazing award for my contribution in HR function. This is a Global award and I got selected as winner among many global HR participants. Looking forward for many associations and awards in 2023. Thank you HR SUCCESS TALK for recognizing me

Certified as " Mental Health First Aider" by MHFA India - Thanks to #Novartis for this opportunity. Mental health will remain as topmost priority anytime. I take pledge to help myself and my team to ensure Mental health is protected on top of anything. I Urge to share many tips to ensure high productivity and work-life balance by keeping health on top of everything as priority. Effective collaboration and Common goal definition to track and celebrate each milestone on the Journey will be the future wayforward.

Tip2 : How I manage Team Collaboration and Handle Global Projects :

  1. Trust the Team and self: I always trust myself and trust my team by respective each individual opinion, ideas and suggestions. This helped me redefine, reimagine the priorities on a broader perspective and provide solutions to problems, enhancing user experience and stakeholder satisfactions globally. Active Listening is one of the most critical parameters here without any pre-judgement node.
  2. Be Clear on the Requirement: As a Business Project Manager it is always my prime responsibility to understand the requirement, setting right context, setting clear expectations for the stakeholders and IT team to ensure everyone is sailing on the same boat with proper alignment and objective. Detailed due diligence and fit gap analysis is the approach which helps me focus on the As-IS to To-Be process in the Journey of redefining the process, business priority, Technology landscape and Agile methodology to achieve the project success. I involve the entire team to ensure everyone understands the implications and Impact of the project overall and avoid silos work culture.
  3. Recognize the efforts too not just results: I always go with this approach, we must appreciate and encourage the team or individual for their efforts, sometimes there can be a mistake or failure but that should not stop a project manager from recognizing the efforts the team has put in. Mistakes do happen but what is more important is not to repeat the same mistakes again anytime. Learning is a continuous journey, and we learn from each other - No discrimination Senior or Junior ultimately achieving common objective is the priority

On the Personal Front, I have the following two achievements which makes me feel happy that I am doing some progress step by step in my life :

  • Constructed floor -1 for my independent house which I purchased 5 years back, there were lot of challenges faced by me and my wife to complete this project. It started in 2020 during the Pandemic situations and we don't want to drop it in middle. Here the credit goes to my wife who took the responsibility to ensure the completion of the house within a Years' time. she took care of raw material purchase, vendor contract, Pricing and commercials, Loan management and resource management along with her I was just supporting where needed. With this effective collaboration we were able to complete the project and stepped in end of 2021. Here main learning for us is that we can start anything but what is more critical is to not give up in the middle, challenges do come our way, but we must overcome it by collaboration and proper understanding to achieve the success collectively
  • Tata Tiago Car was Purchased: I was always looking out to learn car driving, but the time has come in 2022. Successfully purchased a second hand car and also Passed the driving test recently December 2022, awaiting my License to have more travelling with family, long drives. Crucial learning for me here is never let down the passion, it may take time to fulfill your dream but have a consistent step by step approach to attain your goals in life.

Here you can see how my daughter is excited and explaining some features of the Car. Nowadays kids are very smart and quick learners.

2022 has been a Year of Learning with small step towards my next Journey, 2023 will be year of scaling up my competencies and abilities to achieve more success both personally and professionally.
