Gulf Superyacht Summit 2023
The Gulf Superyacht Summit commenced on Wednesday 22 November at the Hilton Abu Dhabi, Yas Island. Held under the patronage of P&O Marinas , the two-day event seeks to inform, assist and advise yachting clients and related interested stakeholders, with the goal of developing the Gulf as a leading winter superyacht destination.?

METSTRADE
The 35th edition of METSTRADE took place at the RAI Amsterdam between the 15 and 17 November 2023. SuperYacht Times and YachtEye were of the 1,540 exhibitors at the show. The three-day event welcomed 28,900 visits from 18,630 unique visitors spanning 130 nationalities.
It was fantastic to meet with fellow industry professionals at the SuperYacht Times and YachtEye exhibition stand in the Superyacht Pavilion.
The Superyacht Dinner
On Wednesday 15 November during the METSTRADE in Amsterdam, Seable&Co , Crestron , SMART Technology Advisers and YachtEye by SuperYacht Times hosted The Superyacht Dinner , an exclusive and informal dinner for aselect group of over 100 superyacht owner’s representatives and senior crew.
SuperYacht Times Party
Thursday 16 November 2023 marked the return of the SuperYacht Times Party , an annual celebration that welcomes professionals from all areas of the superyacht industry to enjoy a memorable evening of drinks, fun, networking & entertainment.
The Ocean Glam-themed SuperYacht Times Party was a huge success, reinforcing its place as a must-attend event in the yachting industry calendar. What an incredible night it was!

?? Video: Carinthia VII
The 97.2-metre Lürssen superyacht Carinthia VII showcases a chic, modern interior design following her extensive refit. The superyacht left the Lürssen facilities in Hamburg in early September 2023 and has been redelivered to her owners after being meticulously refitted. The superyacht’s interior transformation was displayed at the recent Monaco Yacht Show and SuperYacht Times' Justin Ratcliffe had the chance to sit down with the team behind this iconic yacht's new look.
?? Biggest launch of the month
Netherlands-based yacht builder Damen Yachting announced the launch of the 74-metre Amels 242 and the 60-metre Amels 200 superyachts. This is the first time in Damen Yachting ’s history that two superyachts have been launched on the same day.
The two new Amels Limited Editions motor yachts were launched from the Damen Yachting headquarters in Vlissingen City, the Netherlands. The yard is currently at full capacity, and these launches are making way for other new and exciting projects.?

With an impressive last known asking price of 71,500,000 Euros, the 74.5-metre Amels superyacht Lady E was sold in an in-house deal with Stuart Larsen and Josh Gulbranson of Fraser introducing the buyer as well as representing the seller along with Mark Woodmansey of Burgess as Joint Central Agent.
Lady E , previously named Lady E, Lady S and Lady Anne P, has now been renamed Felix . She features exterior and interior design by Walter Franchini Architetto , with naval architecture by Amels.?
She can accommodate up to?13 guests and 19 crew onboard. The yacht Felix has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure and is powered by 2 Caterpillar Inc engines, which give her a cruising speed of 14.0 kn and a top speed of 17.4 kn. The yacht has a speed of 14.0 kn. The yacht carries 209,000 litres of fuel onboard, and 33,400 litres of water.
