Located in the #packaging zone, our system performs a 360o inspection of each ampoule, ensuring the printing quality.

Printing Inspection

For printing inspection, we have developed our own algorithm using state-of-the-art technology to guarantee the quality of the printing.

• Printing inspection for logos, draws and texts printed on the ampoule.
• Detection of ink printed in unwanted places.
• OCR technology for character-by-character inspection, ideal for thorough inspection of production batches and product expiry dates.

Rings Inspection (Including Color Break)

Our OPC inspection has the objective of guaranteeing the optimal state of the point and cut for its correct breakage, controlling multiple defects in its execution.
