For printing inspection, we have developed our own algorithm using state-of-the-art technology to guarantee the quality of the printing.


The advantages of our inspection system include:

  • Printing inspection for logos, draws and texts printed on the ampoule.
  • Detection of ink printed in unwanted places.
  • OCR technology for character-by-character inspection, ideal for thorough inspection of production batches and product expiry dates.
  • High quality printing inspection for different ink colours on both clear and amber glass.

This SYSVRA system configuration allows operators to forget about false rejects, as only selected defects will be discarded.

Our OPC inspection has the objective of guaranteeing the optimal state of the point and cut for its correct breakage, controlling multiple defects in its execution.
