SYSTRA ANZ has been selected with Arup to plan network operations for High-Speed Rail in Australia. The contract for Network Rail Operations Planning was awarded after a competitive tender process by the High Speed Rail Authority (Australia) as part of their work to deliver the Sydney to Newcastle Business Case.

USA: SYSTRA wins the extension of the Chicago Red Line
The Chicago Transit Board has approved a contract award to Walsh-VINCI Transit Community Partners (WVTCP), led by Walsh Construction and VINCI Construction and lead designers SYSTRA and EXP, to design and build the 5.6-mile Red Line Extension.
This decision follows a comprehensive, two-year procurement process that led to the selection of the team offering the best value for the project, marking a significant milestone in this historic initiative.

Vietnam: Hanoi metro Line 3 moves forward with SYSTRA!
???On 8 August 2024, the overhead section of Hanoi metro Line 3 was officially inaugurated, marking the culmination of a long-term project for SYSTRA Asia 's teams. This event took place one week after the launch of the first tunnel boring machine (TBM) to dig the underground section of Line 3.
"Hanoi is turning a new page in its transport history with this new metro line, which will help to relieve congestion on the roads and contribute to the city's economic development. SYSTRA is committed to the success of this new line. Norway: when knowledge helps saving lives
Around 3,000 people suffer sudden and unexpected out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in Norway every year. In the critical minutes before healthcare professionals arrive at emergency medical incidents, the efforts of those who happen to be nearby can make the difference between life and death.
SYSTRA Norge Consulting colleagues took part to a training of life-saving first aid, including a presentation of how to use defibrillators. Statistics from the Norwegian Cardiac Arrest Register in 2023 show that 79 per cent of patients with sudden unexpected cardiac arrest outside hospitals received cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) by bystanders before the ambulance arrived at the scene.
Colombia: XXXVIIIth National Engineering Congress
Organised by the Sociedad Colombiana de Ingenieros (SCI) and the Sociedad Santandereana de Ingenieros (SSI), this congress addressed key issues for the development of the country in areas such as infrastructure, energy, housing, technology, among others.
It was held in the city of Bucaramanga on 14-15 and 16 August where SYSTRA Subterra and SYSTRA Brasil were present accompanying the Minister of Transport, Maria Constanza Garcia.
