#UITP2023: all united for sustainable mobility
From June 4th to 7th, SYSTRA headed to UITP 2023 in Barcelona, Spain, the largest mobility trade fair of the year.
This edition was the opportunity for SYSTRA to meet clients, partners, stakeholders and shareholders like RATPgroup , but also the press as we were announcing our new expansion in the tunnelling sector, thanks to the integration in the Group of SYSTRA Bamser and SYSTRA Subterra , as well as developing our presence in the Iberian Peninsula and the hispanophoe countries with SYSTRA Ibérica e Hispanoamérica .
France: new momentum in our contribution to the Grand Paris Express
A major milestone in the progress of ?le-de-France's "super metro": the delivery to the Champigny maintenance site of the first Grand Paris train ??, built by?Alstom?on the basis of preliminary design studies carried out by?SYSTRA?teams. These trainsets will carry passengers on line 15 South from the end of 2025.

India: Detailed design consultant win for Kochi Metro
SYSTRA India is contributing to Kochi Metro Rail Ltd Phase II, know as the Pink Line project. This project will further our credentials of technical capabilities in MRTS and Railway Systems.
?? This metro is the 17th network on which SYSTRA is got involved in India!

Sweden: new assignment for Ostl?nken
Sweden's largest ongoing rail project ?? is once again relying on SYSTRA Sverige to connect the towns of S?dert?lje, south of Stockholm, to the rail hub of Link?ping.
We are proud to be involved in this high-speed line ?? which will help to provide a sustainable future for regional transport in Sweden, where traffic is constantly increasing ??

USA: New York Subway modernisation continues for SYSTRA
SYSTRA USA, with WSP (lead contractor), has just signed a major contract for?Metropolitan Transportation Authority, New York, to deploy CBTC (Communication-Based Train Control) on three additional lines.
?? SYSTRA is the only engineering company to have worked on all the automation systems for New York's underground lines over the last 10 years.

Canada: new contract with exo
SYSTRA Canada continues its fruitful cooperation with Exo – Réseau de transport métropolitain , the second largest public transit operator in Greater Montreal, with a new win. Our teams will support them in the technical engineering of their locomotives refurbishment, contributing therefore to the development of public transport in the region.

UK & Ireland: significant step in Leeds
Our SYSTRA UK & Ireland teams contributed during a 9-day blockade to the installtaion of steelwork of the future platforms of the White Rose station. These new 150m and 200m lengths accesses are based on a modular design patented by the Group.

Asia Pacific Rail: back in Bangkok, Thailand
Another great edition of #AsiaPacificRail this year on 31st May & 1st of June, on which SYSTRA Asia in Asia was Silver Sponsor. More than 3,000 delegates headed to the biggest rail conference in Asia in Bangkok, meeting our team lead by Arezki Touat , Senior Vice President of SYSTRA Asia, supported by key management staff from our offices in Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea.
