Project and Problem-based Learning transcends traditional problem-solving by uniting diverse minds to forge solutions bursting with creativity and deeper insights. It's about harnessing neuroscience and collective intelligence that breaks free from the shackles of conventional learning and wisdom, elevating our approach to challenges beyond normal parameters. It has far-reaching implications for the Health and Education sectors and is implicit in our capacity to create a just and equitable society. It is being recognised as a Teutonic shift away from convention and will help prepare us to be ready for future advancements in technology, learning and meaningful collaboration.
Why Transform Leadership?
Our society's linear mindset has dimmed our inherent and genetic capacity for creativity and innovation. The conventional frameworks within our educational system and societal expectations have suppressed our natural innate propensity for ingenuity, curtailing the spectrum for true potential. It has limited our natural inventiveness, reducing the potential for self-actualization and the possibility for true breakthrough innovations. This limitation impacts our country's ability to compete in the world - since few can break free from conditioning. As our situation continues with each generation, our children get frustrated that their natural tendencies to be creative are effectively squashed by educational systems that endeavour to mould similar conformist outcomes. One size fits all.

We reignite the spark of creative and critical thinking through a holistic strategy that widens our cognitive realms (utilizing the power of whole-brain thinking). By adopting systems thinking and the principles of complex adaptive systems, we enhance our understanding of the challenges at a deeper level, enabling solutions that were previously unimaginable (or unseen). Project-based enquiry favours a systems thinking approach - the learning is then continuous.
What is the Foundation for this approach?
This method is a guided step-by-step journey of enlightened self-discovery, encouraging individuals to perceive problems through multifaceted viewpoints. At its heart is Awakened Leadership, which embraces complexity – that unifies strategies and acute insights, in a highly interconnected world.

Our innovative approach is designed to address the intricate problems facing science, business, government, and various organizations—spanning the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. It elevates problem-based learning to new heights, impacting education, health, and overall well-being. Supporting an Entrepreneurial opportunistic and collaborative mindset.

It's making a massive difference to invention and Innovation for their respective countries.
I am also privileged to work with hherf.org where I am the Chief Innovation Officer. We believe that everyone from whatever background and circumstance have the right to Health and Education. It is the only sustainable way we can reduce poverty and increase the prospect for happiness across cultures.

8 个月It's so true. Observing the neighbouring schoolyard from above I could observe natural systems thinking in action and it was always fun to watch. All the kids needed was space and the freedom to run around and very seldom a new fearful kid needed the support of a teacher. Then I could observe games being invented, rules created, once I saw s rope changing It's purpose 6 times in s few minutes, I saw and heard energy being released and transformed into motion so that focus could be created for the time I wasn't able to observe....
