Systems Are the Key

As your book creation coach, I will be with you every step of the way. Content creation | Editing | Ghost writing| | Video coaching and production | Clarity and momentum that brings it all together.
Sometimes I work on very complicated projects, like taking a series of hundreds of articles and turning them into a series of books.? If I didn’t have a system to do this, I would not get very far, and the project would remain as a concept instead of becoming a reality.
?
As it is, I’m using outlines and folders to tame the mountain of content and make it into a manuscript. Step by step, I work with the client to do what he wants done in an efficient way.
?
I rely on having systems to be able to deliver for my clients.? For example, when writing content for a clients, I put the materials into folders that are dated so I can find them on Google Drive, and the team that is working with the business owner can find the things they are looking for easily.?
?
I write out all my own content for the next year during December, with a letter and number system so that I can find each article and post it simply and easily in the different places where my materials appear.? I keep spreadsheets so that I can keep track of client processes.? These systems are essential for having an efficient and harmonious workflow. The people I work with are busy running their businesses, and they don’t have time to waste looking for things. Neither do I!

Checklists and a simple way of keeping track of daily and weekly goals keep me on track.? I write out my list for the following week every Saturday before I let go of the work energy from the last week, so I am clear and focused when it’s time to jump back in, whether it’s that same day or on Monday.

With several projects all going at the same time, with different needs and expectations, I must have an organized schedule, and a good follow up process. When you have a good system, you can present your services with confidence, knowing that you can live up to your brand promise.?

It’s even more interesting when you interact with teams that your client has, as I do. Then you need to understand who has what role, in a crystal-clear way, so that you can interact well and get the results that the client needs.

It’s all part of the beautiful flow of communication, and gives fascinating answers to my favorite question: what do different groups of people find to be important?? I’d love to know about your process and see if we have some common ground. If that sounds interesting to you, reach out to me and let’s get to know one another.
