"SYSTEMS DRIVEN, NOT PEOPLE DRIVEN"

In an Organization of process-driven, the main business objectives of an organization achieved by managing activities in a procedural path of its sequences. On the other hand of contradictory, a people-driven organization depends?overhaul 100% on individuals and the skills that they do on their own ethical way of delivering on their business strategies.

SYSTEM DRIVEN:

A system-driven approach?takes the functionality of the scheduling software as a basis for implementation. Where needed, it adapt processes to the software. The benefit of this approach is that can be quickly by start using the software. The utmost downside is that it don't solve existing problems in the process.

PEOPLE DRIVEN:

A people driven organization is?dependent on specific people for?these inputs. This means that if a laborer or a group of laborers decide to leave the organization, the organization should still be able to continue its normal operations without too much of a setback.

PROCESS DRIVEN CULTURE:

Process culture is a?manifestation of employee behavior, attitude and practices?that drive the activities of performance on day to day basis to impact the strategic objectives positively on a consistent basis.

PEOPLE DRIVEN CULTURE:

People-driven culture is the utilization of manpower at the center of everything while operating the concerned process. It is also known as people-concentric or people-oriented driven force and it embrace the power of employee engagement, attracting, developing with retaining happy and successful people.

So it is much more essential for the manufacturing sector to implement and get the taste of fruitful oriented results achieved as set by an Organization's business strategies.

It is very well implemented and followed with utmost focus on Automobile industries & IT sectors, whereas it is found difficult in the people involved hand crafting workmanship because either proper educating & training not provided as per "System Driven" nor it is not followed due to unavoidable circumstances like Management is not focusing with follow-ups as a continual improvement process by the utilization of Management Representative or HR functions or allotted process owners.

Everything won't happen all of a sudden because it needs time, example of "ADHAAR CARD" introduction & Implementations in our country India, took lot of time for its success because of Govt., focus and follow-ups with strict guidelines in making their citizens on the bottom line to understand its value.

Having 42 years of little professional expertise in the manufacture sector of Leather goods/accessories manufacturing by holding Top Senior Management position by winning awards for the implementation of "SYSTEM DRIVEN, NOT PEOPLE DRIVEN" through proper way educating/training as a continual improvement in achieving the Organization's goal by taking the whole TEAM along with me in achieving best performances.
