LINKEDIN,
Hi y’all doing? I was watching the BREAKFAST CLUB MORNING SHOW on TV the other day, featuring LARRY ELDER. Along with most conservatives, I am familiar with the brilliance of Larry Elder. I guess the people at the Breakfast Club were not, because they tried to demean Mr. Elder, and he ate their lunch. The significance of the show, in my opinion, was that the host of the breakfast club could not accept Mr. Elder's opinion that America is no longer systemically racist. Mr. Elder did his best to offer statistics and facts to prove his position, but his reasoning fell on deaf ears. The breakfast club hosts trying to suggest racial bias and white supremacy persistently kept referring to the “System,” who invented it, and who controls it. However, recognizing the ascendancy to the President of the United States by Barack Obama, Larry Elder made a brilliant show-stopping statement in my opinion when he informed them that in terms of systems, “How can you complain about the man when you are the man.” I don’t believe the Breakfast Club host understood this statement of truth. In my unbiased opinion, the “System” that the Breakfast Club hosts were eluding to in their delusionary thinking was akin to an imaginary structure with a white man or white men standing behind a nontransparent curtain pulling puppet strings and belting out orders, as revealed in the Wizard of Oz. However, on the contrary, they need to understand that the “System” is made up of real people who control outcomes based on laws and processes. SYSTEMIC RACISM: is defined as “policies and practices that exist throughout a whole society or organization, and that result in and support a continued unfair advantage to some people and unfair or harmful treatment of others based on race. It is the oppression of a racial group to the advantage of another as perpetuated by inequity within interconnected systems (such as political, economic, and social systems). The American system of government through its laws has made it nearly impossible for systemic racism to exist. Larry Elder was simply trying to make the point that in many areas of political, economic, and social systems, blacks are in control of the “System.”

FOR EXAMPLE, Black people aren’t but about 12 to 15 percent of the American population, and this country has elected a black President, and a black Vice President, and in every Major City and State in the country, we have Mayors, Governors, Councilmen, Lt. Governors, Representatives, Congressmen, Senators, Judges, Police Chiefs, Attorney Generals, and CEOs; We aren’t but about 12 to 15 percent of the population and we have Actors, Actresses, Football Players, Basketball Players, Baseball Players, Soccer Players, Musical Artist, Writers, Inventors, Engineers, Doctors, Scientists, Entrepreneurs, Investment Bankers, and News Anchors who make more money than they can ever hope to spend in their lifetime. We aren’t but 12 to 15 percent of the population and we have more billionaires and millionaires aggregating more money than some country’s GDP. Please try and go to some other country in the world with just 12 to 15 percent of the population and try to demand this particular outcome. The point is, “How can you complain about the man (system) when you are the man (system).” Ladies and Gentlemen, systemic racism in America is dead; Of course, there may exist some episodes of cultural bias, but for the most part, it is not systemic. So, LEARN TO BE FREE, and nurture future generations in the admonition that God, Family, and the whole thrust of human capital are priority.
