System Requirements Team Leader

Job responsibilities:

? Establish and follow-up plan to leverage the team if there is a technologic gap versus the R&D strategy, missing capabilities;

? Establish and lead training plan for the System Requirements team;

? Maintain Skills matrix based on the available in the team capabilities;

? Supporting the team to execute all tasks assigned by the direct manager or program manager diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard;

? Lead and participate to the elicitation and consolidation of specifications, standards, requirements from all kind of sources (customers, stakeholders and Internals);

? Lead and participate to the creation of the System architectures for the developed projects;

? Being responsible for and preparing the time plan of the System Requirements team and the completion of all System Requirements milestones according to it;

? Work closely with the production plant at the beginning of the development (process engineer, test engineer, project manager) to assure at the end of the development a good transfer of product to the plant;

? Work closely with all other departments in the organization to assure the correct understating of the requirements, successful development and implementation of the products;

? Work closely with the design team members for the correct creation and deployment of the System Architectural design for all developed products;?

? Work in close relation with the customer for technical matters, respecting project rules set by the Program/Project Managers;

Job requirements and qualifications:

? Proven Team management experience;

? Excellent knowledge of design and development processes (hardware, software, mechanical, test) with a main focus of System Architecture and System Requirements design for EV Invertors and motor control applications;

? Excellent Knowledge in power electronics at System Architecture and System Requirements management;

? Excellent knowledge in using requirements management tools like DOORS;

? Excellent knowledge in using system architecture management tools;

? Working with defect and change management tools;

?Proven tasks spread and team planning capabilities;

? Excellent communication with customers and suppliers;

? Excellent knowledge of IATF 16949, ASPICE and ISO 26262 Standards;

? Data analysis skills and decision making.
