IT System Engineer – Brussels (Belgium) – Freelance 12 Months+

For a financial services client in the centre of Brussels, I am searching for 2 freelance IT Infrastructure Engineers with an affinity for IT Security for a long-term assignment.

One engineer must be more Windows-focused, the other must be more Linux-focused.

?

This is a hybrid role where you will be required on-site 2-3 days per week (flexible).

Role:

?

·???????????? You will be part of a new team being formed that will be responsible for all IT production related security topics related to system engineering.

·???????????? You will be working alongside system engineers on Linux/Windows teams.

·???????????? You will be working on new projects related to IT Infrastructure & Security.

·???????????? Operate and manage all technical duties associated in threat and vulnerability management, including vulnerability response.

Required

?

·???????????? 3+ years experience working as a System/Security Engineer.

·???????????? You have good experience working with Windows OR Linux.

·???????????? You have an understanding / are interested in Antivirus, Vulnerability Analysis.

·???????????? You have a good understanding of Powershell Scripting for Automation.

·???????????? You can communicate with different technical teams well.

·???????????? Fluent in English.
