JatApp?is an IT product company that creates valuable high-tech products used daily by millions worldwide. ?We're looking for a?System Administrator in Kyiv?to our technical support department ?who will strengthen the team to provide high-quality IT assistance to employees and ensure stable and uninterrupted operation of IT equipment.?
- Onboarding/offboarding of employees (regarding hardware and software)
- Administration of mail services
- Administration of virtual machines
- Backup administration (JottaCloud)
- Pre-configuration of equipment (Windows/Mac laptops, network devices, etc.)
- Ordering new equipment, inventory of existing equipment
- Receiving and sending equipment via Nova Poshta from time to time (via remote mode of operation)
- User support, responding to employee requests regarding the operation of equipment and software
- Support for the operation of the generator, ecoflow in the office
- Work in an autonomous office in Podil
- At least 6 months of commercial experience as a System Administrator or HelpDesk Specialist
- Experience in diagnosing hardware and software of PCs and office equipment
- Experience in setting up a local Internet network
- Knowledge of network equipment
- Experience with Windows, MacOS family of operating systems
- Experience with alternative power sources (generators, EcoFlow, Bluetti)
- Experience with: Jira, Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, Keeper (MacPass/KeePass), VeraCrypt, AnyDesk, TeamViewer
- Responsibility for your product and processes
