Compared to traditional immunotherapies, immunotherapy based on neoantigens results in more potent anti-tumor immune responses with fewer side effects and off-target effects. Neoantigen peptides are crucial for testing in vitro functionality, analyzing pre-clinical trials, and evaluating post-clinical efficacy when creating personalized cancer vaccines (PCVs) or allogeneic/autologous T-cell treatments (ATCT). However, due to their strong hydrophobicity and other physiochemical properties, the manufacturing of neoantigen peptides is very challenging.
