Anthony Milanowski, at Education Analytics, and I recently published an article in the Journal of Education Human Resources titled Assessing Teachers’ Perceptions of Alignment of Human Capital Management of Teacher Leadership Initiatives that demonstrates a new approach to assessing synergy in teacher leadership initiatives. The study makes several unique contributions to the literature on HCM in education and includes practical implications for human resource program administrators and designers.
