1 年AI isn’t here to replace us; it's here to enhance us- very well said. Logically, for a short time, it will replace us as it will take us more time to upskill ourselves and move on to higher end roles- AI will always be faster in its learning and will pick up not just lower end spectrum of work but also advisory skills- we thrive upon in managerial roles. Our ability to not just keep our jobs but do it successfully, depends on our ability to utilize it as a tool and make ourselves better. I think best way to look at it is calculator or computer didn't replace statisticians either but the level of the game goes up and with AI, it does go up a strong level.
