I personally challenge you for the year 2025 to think about the following things to help with your career.

In 2025, with automation and AI becoming increasingly integrated into daily operations (and quite frankly, our daily lives), there's a risk that workers might become too reliant on technology, overlooking the human element that ensures systems run safely and efficiently.

• Operators must remain vigilant. Automation should enhance, not replace, human oversight. The focus should be on understanding the system holistically, ensuring that automated processes do not lead to neglect in monitoring or maintenance.
