Synergistic Scheme of γ-polyglutamic acid (γ-PGA) to Different Fertilizers

γ-polyglutamic acid (γ-PGA) is a new type of fertilizer synergist, which can be added to bio-organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers, microbial agents and foliar fertilizers in a small amount. It has good agronomic effect on most crops and vegetable and fruit trees.

Below are synergistic scheme of γ-polyglutamic acid (γ-PGA) to different fertilizers

1. Add γ-polyglutamic acid to urea

The amount of liquid synergist used in the production of polyglutamic acid urea is 2~8kg/ton, which is natural, safe, and highly efficient in a small amount. It can be added before the first stage of evaporation in the ordinary urea production process or between the first stage of evaporation and the second stage of evaporation. Fertilizer synergist with mature technology.

2. Add γ-polyglutamic acid to water-soluble fertilizer

The amount of liquid synergist required for the production of polyglutamic acid liquid water-soluble fertilizer is 20~50kg/ton, and the synergist can be directly added to the water-soluble fertilizer according to the content of active ingredients of different synergists. Adjust according to the manufacturer's equipment, process and cost.

The amount of liquid synergist required for the production of polyglutamic acid solid water-soluble fertilizer is 2~5kg/ton, and the synergist can be directly added to the solid water-soluble fertilizer according to the content of active ingredients of different synergists. It can be adjusted according to the manufacturer's equipment, process and cost.

3. Add γ-polyglutamic acid to compound fertilizer

The amount of liquid synergist required for the production of polyglutamic acid compound fertilizer is the same as that of urea. The adding section and amount of synergist can be determined according to the compound fertilizer production process. For example, the high tower process and molten urea spraying process can be added to In the urea melt, the conventional drum granulation process can be diluted and used as a spray.
