The Syndrome called- "I KNOW EVERYTHING!!"

People send me their Cvs with a belief that my firm will provide them a good job immediately. We are no God's. We have limited resources & with the changing scenario in world business ways & means, jobs will remain temporary in nature & scarce.

Time has come to open your eyes, understand the seriousness of changing business scenario & future financial security of self & family.

 It is not the same environment in which our parents worked or we started working. The transition has just begun. Next 10 years will see AI (artificial intelligence) taking over 60% of business.

 The industrial revolution took almost a century but now the storm of change that is coming will be big and fast. Next 10 years will see a new global business Earth.

Those with a vision will survive, rest will blame the government & the system; to perish of their own self-destructive mindset.

 Plan now while the Sun shines. You have a job now. Prepare yourself by listening to the world leading economists to what they say. 

 God asked Noah to build an Arc knowing very well that majority of humans will agree to disagree with Him and will not listen to Noah. Same variety of humans now too roam the Earth. They are lesser God's themselves with big fat salaries beyond their own imagination. They are outuned to hear or have a vision on tomorrow. 

They are unable to visualize what is coming next. They are "ego-blind".

Pray to God that you don't fall prey to the wrath of AI & changing socio-political world order. Open you eyes now. See what the know industrialists of your Country are saying & doing. Listen & Read bestsellers like Robert T. Kiyosaki, Dr. Murphy, David Schwartz, etc.

 Believe now that you know nothing. Get as innocent as a child and look beyond your mind by listening and reading.

Unlearn what you read till date to grasp the real knowledge and then putting it into action. Don't wait for the storm to engulf you. Then all your power, position or education will look obsolete & you will repent.
