Symptoms of a Project at Risk!
When a project shows one or more indicators that it might not complete the project within the allotted time, budget, scope, or quality standards, it is deemed to be "at risk". The following are typical signs that a project is in danger:

3. Scope creep: Unchecked expansion or alterations to the project's scope without corresponding modifications to budget, schedule, or resource availability.
4. Resource Shortages: Insufficient financial, material, or human resources to finish the project's tasks.
5. High Staff Turnover: A project team's members, particularly critical personnel, change frequently.
6. Stakeholder Issues: Conflicting stakeholder interests or a lack of support or engagement from stakeholders.
7. Quality Problems: Deliverables that fall short of client requirements or quality norms.

8. Unclear Requirements: Project specifications that are imprecise or subject to frequent change.
9. Inadequate Communication: The project team, stakeholders, and management did not communicate well with one another.
10. Ineffective Risk Management: Hazards that have been identified are not being adequately controlled or reduced.
11. Low Team Morale: When there is dissatisfaction or disengagement among team members, production suffers.
12. Dependency Problems: There are delays or problems because of reliance on outside events or other projects.
13. Inadequate Planning: Inadequate project management techniques or a lack of thorough planning.
