We are delighted to announce that we have once again been shortlisted for the Build It Awards Best Self Build Architect, this time for Sylvania House in Feock.

The Build It Awards judges score 50% of the marks, with the remaining 50% decided by the reader vote - i.e. you!

It would make us here at KAST extremely happy if you could see your way to voting for our second ever house design and promoting great Cornish architecture along the way…
