Sygnisoft developed Training Management System application for ALL4JETS to train aircraft mechanics, engineers, pilots and cabin crew and other aviation personnel.

?QB (Questions DataBank) is a training application developed by Sygnisoft for ALL4JETS. It enables to manage trainings for aircraft mechanics, engineers, pilots, cabin crew and other aviation personnel. The application processes had to meet the standards of the Civil Aviation Authority and the European Aviation Safety Agency.

The project was finalized in half a year. Its goal was to create an e-learning application for ALL4JETS, which would allow managing training processes organized by the company. This included all training aspects - from registration of participants and training planning to examination and issuing of certificates for those, who finished the trainings.

The key point of the project implementation was its integration with a streaming application enabling to conduct online exams. An important element of the system is the Sygnisoft original application, controlling unauthorized activity of particular users on the keyboard and in browsers. The combination of these functionalities allowed to build a safe, controlled environment that enables conducting examination remotely for students in any location with access to the internet.

It was an intense 6 months period of designing the functionality, which required proper preparation, due to deep data embedding, and wide connections between individual system modules. What is important, all application processes had to meet the requirements of the Civil Aviation Authority and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA Part 147). Sygnisoft experts worked on the project based on the specification agreed with the client. In total, the project implementation took almost 3000 hours.

With QB we introduced automation of many processes in our organization. With this environment at our disposal we decided to implement an online examination function. This is a breakthrough. With the help of the new QB program we can remotely supervise students during the exams, which anyone can take in a place fulfilling certain minimum criteria, for example their home. QB is the only such complex solution enabling to manage an organization training the technical team according to EASA regulations. We have not seen so much integration of functions for training organizations like in the case of ALL4JETS, says Robert Grochowski, CEO ALL4JETS.

ALL4JETS with QB has the opportunity to introduce new quality on the training market, gain access to new markets, reduce training costs for our clients and introduce a high level of supervision of the quality of training implementation, Robert Grochowski adds. The application was divided into two parts: Student Panel and Administrator Panel, which allows to create a user profile with specific roles, such as examiners and instructors.

The Student Panel is a clear desktop application, where at any moment one can launch the active trainings, use plans and learning materials. It also enables to enter a previously prepared exam and go through the exam process (stationary or online streaming called distance examination). Users in real time can also check the status of their exam results, received certificates and download them. With the use of the application students can also easily communicate with their instructors or examiners through an inside inbox. The Administrator Panel allows among others to create and manage TNA documents (Training Needs Analysis), which are the basis for trainings and exams.

The application enables managing instructors, their authorization levels for conducting particular trainings and their validity period. The next functionality is managing the trainings. The panel includes a base of materials, gives an option to plan calendars and has an intelligent suggesting system for instructors with qualifications to conduct each of the trainings.
