Switching it up in the Bakken!

As things are turning around in the Oil Patch and the Seasons are changing, it's time switch things up here in the Bakken!  We are transitioning from snow and ice, to mud and the soon to follow on dust.  The brilliant green grasses of the rolling hills of the Great Plains will be leading the way for the yellow fields of canola, blue and white fields of peas, beans and wheat.  The birds are starting to return and the river ice is breaking up. The Prarie is about to come ALIVE!  This is my favorite time of the year in North Dakota.

Industry too is feeling the excitement of the changing of the Seasons and this year especially it seems as we prepare for a rebounding Oil and Gas market that has been some 24 long months, too long, in the making!  Oil and Gas Service Companies are adding crews like crazy, the Drilling Rig count is steadily on the rise, Labor is already in short supply out here and there is more of that on the way.

Let's get ready for the next phase in the industry and make the most out of this change of Seasons.  Let's take the lessons that we learned over the past 24+ long and brutal months and be better and stronger and more apprciative than ever before!  There has been a huge change in our culture as an industry and we have formed more strategic partnerships and alliances, found efficiencies and optimizations because of it.  This is an exciting time here in the Williston Basin and we are looking forward to what this new Season has in store!
