??? Safeguarding warm homes this winter
Following the launch of Wave 3 of the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund, Switchee is looking forward to working with UK housing providers to retrofit social homes at scale and pace.
Despite the opportunity that the Warm Homes Fund provides for winters to come, we must also consider now how we can work together to ensure safe and warm social homes this winter.
Join us for our next workshop on the 9th of October where Switchee's CEO Tom Robins and NEA's Charity Chief Executive Adam Scorer will dive deeper into the rising cost of fuel poverty. In this collaborative discussion, we will also discuss how the Warm Homes Fund is an opportunity to tackle fuel poverty alongside the drive to Net Zero.?

??Introducing the Energy Voucher Service
Our recently launched Energy Voucher Service (EVS) is just one of the fuel poverty initiatives available to Switchee customers to support social residents this winter. By delivering energy vouchers to households most in need, this service provides immediate relief and ensures residents are safe, warm, and comfortable in their own homes.

Earlier this month we launched the Smart Meter Insights initiative to support thermal performance assessment across UK social housing stock.
Smart Meter Insights empower housing providers to target homes needing intervention, verify retrofit outcomes, and ensure energy-saving measures translate into reduced bills. This tool not only strengthens Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 applications but supports the industry in assessing the cost-effectiveness of interventions like double glazing, cavity wall insulation, and heat pumps.
