???SHDF: Wave 3 draft guidance announced
Earlier this month, the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) draft guidance for Wave 3 was announced. These guidelines explain the requirements and funding available for improving energy efficiency in social housing. To learn more, you can read the official document here.

Retrofit Information, Support, and Expertise (RISE) is a free service funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). It offers training, guidance, and support to help social housing providers, local authorities, and their supply chains plan and implement successful domestic retrofit programs.?For more information, resources, and support, visit riseretrofit.org.uk.

??Survey results: Using data to deliver better services
Last month, Inside Housing and Switchee ran a survey to gather insights from housing providers on how effectively they are using data to make better decisions about asset management and resident needs.
Kate Roberts, Customer Success Director at Switchee, highlighted the importance of this initiative by stating, "These findings shed light on crucial areas of improvement and affirm the importance of building accurate data collection systems."

In May, we held our first Switchee Trusted Installer Network awards ceremony. This event was a fantastic celebration of our valued installers and their dedicated efforts to improve the quality of life for people living in rented homes. Thanks to everyone who attended, we raised an impressive £1200 for Bowel Cancer UK.
