Switch on your Second Brain

So many insightful podcasts, articles, research papers, data analysis... Don't you feel overwhelmed by content? I certainly struggle keeping pace since I decided to deepen my expertise on AI. Everyday, I read/watch/listen to hours worth of insightful content.

How could I keep track of that info? How could I query that knowledge?

A week ago, my vision for building my second brain became true. Meet Curio!

Three breakthroughs enabled this:

• Using Notion as the central database for my second brain and switching on NotionAI to query that knowledge base
• Building 1-click input channels to feed my second brain
• Leveraging an AI Transcribing hour long podcast and summarizing them in minutes ... this is truly game changing!

In this article, I will focus on the ability to transcribe, summarize and converse with podcasts. This saves me hours everyday and probably more importantly, helps me remember the specific details of what I listen to.

Here is an example:

Publicis recently rocked the advertising industry with this release: "Unveiling the future of AI at Publicis Groupe" .

In this one hour video, Publicis describes their strategy, use case, demo, investment plan to transform Publicis into a platform company putting AI at the core of creative, media, software, operations. I found it super insighful to understand the future of work.

The AI transcribes the video differentiating between the various speakers. Whatever the language, the tool will create an english transcript. Love this!

Now the transcript is still pages long ... how about a one page summary:

• Publicis is using AI to transform their operations and provide better services to clients
• They have faced challenges in this transformation but have seen successful
• The company's financial performance is strong, and they are leveraging AI to become an intelligent system company
• Publicis aims to make everyone within the company a data analyst, engineer, and intelligent partner
• They have extensive experience in building and deploying AI applications across various industries
• The company has developed a Core AI system that integrates consumer understanding and marketing performance data
• AI is being used to accelerate media effectiveness, creative processes, content strategy, and digital transformation operations
• Publicis plans to invest 300 million euros over the next 3 years in upskilling, training, recruitment, and technology
• They are committed to leading the change in their industry for the benefit of their people and clients
• Publicis will be at Vivatech in May

The AI could identify some helpful quotes with reference to the audio moment, my favorite one captures how AI will transform our corporate roles.

This is what we should expect for future interactions with agency partners. Is that the end of briefing meeting with 5+ agency partners all on billable hours?
