The 'verbal to visual' YouTube channel is great if you're a visual learner or if you need to be super time efficient and want to get a broad overview of an idea in about 10 minutes - this video is based on the Sheila Heen book, 'Thanks for the Feedback'. I would highly recommend reading the book itself but if you don't have time or you're reading list is already as long as your arm - pick up some snippets in the illustrated video.

The research proves what we already know: feedback can be valuable and offer an amazing learning opportunity. According to Gallup, managers who offer frequent and continuous feedback influence their employees to be 3.2 times more likely to strongly agree they are motivated to do outstanding work, and 2.7 times more likely to be engaged at work.?

Ok we get it, feedback overkill.... a whole edition on one subject. Boring.
