Something profound is changing our concept of trust, says Rachel Botsman. While we used to place our trust in institutions like governments and banks, today we increasingly rely on others, often strangers, on platforms like Airbnb and Uber and through technologies like the blockchain. Have you heard of Peter Atilla? The new way I've been listening to podcasts (as a time efficiency hack) is to scan recent episodes for a personality I might like or a subject that really interests me... One person I will always tune in to, on any platform, is Peter Atilla. Peter, is a Canadian-American physician known for his work in longevity medicine, fitness hacks, and love of endurance sports. You can find him on these podcasts below, some short, some long. I hope he makes your 'must listen' shortlist too! (you can find his book here)

On my Google Chrome, in particular within my 'bookmarks,' I have a range of things saved, most of them boring work stuff. Links to spreadsheets, timesheets, and other things I don't want to misplace. I also have a folder called 'Personal' within my personal folder I have this article saved, and I have read it 100s of times... Taming the Mammoth: Why You Should Stop Caring What Other People Think.
I hope it ends up being bookmarked on your browser too!
