SWEET THANKS TO ALLNEX ITALY EMPLOYEES

Allnex 1H16 was extremely smart and Powder Coating Resins BU, whose my EMEA Region was strong contributor, has been key actor in this successful story.

Needless to say, Operations – and particularly shift workers & their leaders – enthusiastically supported the growth realized by the Business with relentless dedication and no distraction to their usual focus on Safety/Health/Environment & Quality.

As a recognition and appreciation gesture to all employees for their contribution to Corporate outstanding results, Allnex Italy, Romano d’Ezzelino (VI) plant has identified a few slots, inside manufacturing premises, to offer a succulent craft made ice creams’ selection to all of us (as a nice alternative to the usual coffee break).

Ice cream has been selected not only because it’s a healthy food that all people like, but also as to signal that Allnex cares about alleviating people bearing tough working conditions when high temperature hits.

Ice cream partner was chosen among those using only zero km natural ingredients and manufacturing food following traditional craft methods.

To be underlined also that ice cream was served in front of the Tri-Gen facility to reinforce our green footprint culture (environmental care & cost saving of Tri-Gen greet traditional low carbon footprint manufactured food).

Ice cream was served – as per an old Italian tradition – in highly hygienic little steel wells mounted inside a Three-wheelers (Piaggio Ape). This is sort of “vintage” ambient reminding what was extremely popular only a few decades ago along our streets, especially seaside.   

The event was highly appreciated and directionally supported the team spirit and cross-functional networking.

Couple of key customers having a meeting in our premises this week attended the event much with pleasure.
